What is the Radioactive Burp from Crazy Label?

Andy Woo of Crazy Label posts a darkened image with the title "RADIOACTIVE BURP" on his flickr (above-right) - which no doubt is the Monster Burp figure from Peskimo [tagged] - altho the question now is either tis a prototype test of an upcoming "illuminated Monster Burp" figure to come (ala the Illuminated Seamour Sheep)? Or a green-burp Glow-In-The-Dark treatment for an upcoming new edition of the figure?

Land of the Lost (Super Bowl Spot)

I found Will Ferrell absolutely hilarious on Anchorman, but sadly everything before and/or after that, I hated him. He sucked like a wet piehole. And somehow my perception of him might not change with Land Of The Lost - a remake of the 1974 children's televisions series of the same name, for which I have no recollection of. But I figured this might interest some TRE-readers, no? (hey, it ain't all about me, ya know?) - altho I'm still holding out for a HERCULOIDS live-action remake tho ... heh

WHAT-IS: Will Ferrell stars as has-been scientist Dr. Rick Marshall, sucked into one and spat back through time. Way back. Now, Marshall has no weapons, few skills and questionable smarts to survive in an alternate universe full of marauding dinosaurs and fantastic creatures from beyond our world - a place of spectacular sights and super-scaled comedy known as the Land of the Lost.

Sucked alongside him for the adventure are crack-smart research assistant Holly (Anna Friel) and a redneck survivalist (Danny McBride) named Will. Chased by T-Rex and stalked by painfully slow reptiles known as Sleestaks, Marshall, Will and Holly must rely on their only ally - a primate called Chaka (Jorma Taccone) to navigate out of the hybrid dimension. Escape from this routine expedition gone awry and theyre heroes. Get stuck, and they'll be permanent refugees in the Land of the Lost. In theaters June 5, 2009.

The Fast & Furious (Super Bowl Spot)

I think I might have just realized (or am ready to admit :p) one of the reasons why I enjoy the Fast-and-Furious series of feature films; is that it is possibly a macho-alphamale wish-fulfilment for me - not becoz I want to have pimped-out cars, or babes and adoration (okay, maybe the latter two), but simply becoz I don't drive. Yep folks, I do not have a driving license. Never did manage to go test for one after all these years, and frankly don't intend to ... so, Fast and Furious, huh? Directed by Justin Lin (dude made F&F: Tokyo Drift) - this spot isn't as gnarly as the earlier trailer tho (watch that on fastandfuriousmovie.net or Apple-trailers).

WHAT-IS: When a crime brings them back to L.A., fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto (Diesel) reignites his feud with agent Brian O'Conner (Walker). But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmanuever him. And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what's possible behind the wheel. In theaters April 3, 2009.

I was thinking of the Hooked-on-Classics series of tunes from years ago, which may not be particularly apt, but you get my point, doncha? TRE-IMPRESSIONS: I really like the idea of the duo-faced Monkey as it adds something fresh to the Monkey-concept rather than a cosmetic-colorway, IMHO. Including head-wear LOL ~ And recognizable classic genre-movies and death metal themed character-designs would perhaps open up more awareness and avenues for non-Monkey-Assassins collectors. Am liking the Waste Management Monkey's toxic-pus headsculpt-design too. Coolio.
