Kennyswork's Molly @ Taipei Toy Festival 2009

Along with the recently posted Copperhead-18 products, Kennyswork' leading lil lady, namely "MOLLY" takes centre-stage with a slew of products, ranging from toy figurines, to keychain attachments, and even jewelry - all set for a Taipei Toy Festival-debut! = CLICK THRU for more ... And all that on top of being a poster-icon for the event? Molly's gonna be one busy girl from July 9th to 12th! LOL

There's something extraordinarily adorable about the BOXING MOLLY - perhaps it's the way the headgear wraps so snug around her head, that it squeezes out her oh-so pinchable cheeks? Watch out for the 5 different colorways scheduled to make their debut at TTF.

And although I've posted about both MOLLY BEE and FAIRY MOLLY last week, I did a double-take when I noticed a huge Molly Bee standing right next to the little one! (Click on both images to view larger) ... Looks to be a decent "infant-sized" Molly to be carried, doesn't it? *Adorable*

Also from "Kinoss" comes MOLLY NECKLACES (a neato companion to the earlier released Molly Magic Rings) and MOLLY KEYCHAIN Attachments with alphabetical letters. Start living the "Molly Lifestyle", yeh? heh.
And said "lifestyle" extends to "technology" - as seen in this electronic gadget (below) by "Union Creation" whereby it apparently will alert you when the phone rings, or when you have an MSN-alert (apologies for my non-100%-proof Mandarin/babel-fish translation tho :p). Do check it out if you're at TTF Booth B34 & B35 (and let me know, please? LOL). FYI: This isn't the first time Kennyswork has done anything electronical with their products - remembering the light-up Copperhead Gookiis from TTF 2008 :)

Copperhead-18 Sea Monkey, Copperhead Squadt & Taiboss @ Taipei Toy Festival 2009

Folks heading down to TTF and Taipei-fans of Kenny Wong, Ashley Wood + threeA Toys, FERG + Project Squadt will be in for a visual treat this coming Taipei Toy Festival (July 9-12). Why? Because they will witness first hand, up close and personal the following awesome toy-ness at Kennyswork's Booths B34 & B35:(A) The Wong x Wood Collaboration COPPERHEAD-18 SEA MONKEY!*
(B) The Wong x Ferg COPPERHEAD SQUADT!*
(C) The threeA Toys red-variant Bambaboss = TAI BOSS!*
(*Totally deserving of italics and exclamation-marks)
CLICK THRU for full images (and further info)!

The COPPERHEAD-18 SEA MONKEY is said to stand 20 inches tall and features an Ashley-Wood designed 1/6th-scaled female pilot (named "Snow Pea") which operates the Sea Monkey suit. The above image was spotted on the 3A Toy Forum (legitimacy undetermined), while the headshot below is via Kenny's official blog. The set will be on display during TTF and not for sales. (Product launch at a later date). But please snap loads of pics folks, for all our collective 3A+Copperhead-lurving sakes!

[Below is a blurry image reveal of the WIP Pilot from Ashley Wood]

The COPPERHEAD SQUADT is one of three (announced) Artist Series Squadts which sees the mash-up of Kenny's Copperhead creation with Jamungo's FERG aka Clay Ferguson's Project Squadt! I'm just thankful for the other toys around the submersible-specimen that he isn't carrying a spear-gun, but a tool/cutter instead! LOL
Copperhead Squadt will only be on display at TTF and not for sale. (Product launch at a later date). There is also mention of 3 versions (*faints*). And will the other two Artist-Squadts from Ashley Wood and Methamphibian be on show too? (Hell, I'm getting goose-pimples while typing this up too!)

As posted on TRE last week, the red-colorway Bambaboss figure - dubbed TAIBOSS - is a TTF-exclusive figure limited on only 30 pcs (with an additional 5 pcs to be made available online to the 3A Legion on the 3A Forum). While specific price is not mentioned, do note that this RED hot bambaboss taiwan version will be released on
FYI: The all-white Bambaboss DIY was made available for 24 hours at a price of US$46-per, in celebration of the first anniversary of threeA Toys.

Carlos The Jackal custom BUD by Jon-Paul Kaiser (for SDCC)

The infamous terrorist CARLOS THE JACKAL is the subject of Jon-Paul Kaiser's custom 9" Glow-in-the-Dark B.U.D. (made by Jamungo) - completed for Strangekiss' booth at San Diego Comic-Con. Jon-Paul adds: "I couldn't undercoat it, so it's drawn and painted straight onto the plastic itself, and it glows really well in the dark, though I couldn't get a decent photo to show that..." - Well, the above image-right actually sees a strong resemblance to the actual personal, IMO!
