DKE Toys @ SDCC 2011

And while I've never physically been to San Diego Comic-Con (a real 'toy-crime', I know), I've always felt the most awesomenest of booths, would be the DKE Toys display area. Featuring a myriad of toys from a myriad of brands, in all shapes-n-sizes-n-colors, they are like a wet-dream of toy-collections, manifest "real". If they put a sofa or armchair right in the middle of it all (with a swivel-base, no less), you could've imagined the space as YOUR OWN toy-collection, and would have been in bliss, IMHO.

And far be it they are a toy-distributor (hence the toys, duh), this year they also exhibited their Spoonful of Star Wars collection, featuring commissioned artwork from Bwana Spoons, alongside the action figures of Star Wars [blogged / updated here with slideshow from SDCC].

Check out the slideshow above of the DKE Toys display, as well close-ups of the shelves posted below. All images courtesy of Clutter Magazine's flickr coverage of SDCC.
