With thew release of his Lunartik Cuppa Tea Series 2, Matt JOnes reveals the "Super Rare Collectors Tea" to be the "Cherry Green Tea" - to come signed and numbered by Matt himself (yes, this is the brew we only saw the bottom of the saucer before ;p).
