FXXKING RABBITS from #FR2 x T9G (Pre-order on CAMPFIRE)
In my earlier #TodayonTOYSREVIL-feature, I'd mention the FXXKING RABBITS figures from T9G, but have further information now to aid in your decision to support this product(s).
PRESS: "Announcing a cross-industry collaboration between #FR2 and T9G. Special color themes have also been created for the collaboration! T9G, active worldwide with a unique perspective mainly utilizing doll eyes, and #FR2 have collaborated to create a soft-plastic figurine of the type popularized by anime figurines. This figurine embodies a rabbit, the icon of #FR2, based on T9G’s unique perspective."
The item(s) has since launched on the CAMPFIRE crowdfunding site here and available for preorder beginning Friday, January 18th, and ends Sunday, February 24th, 2019. Both will be made available for normal purchase shortly thereafter. The WHITE Edition will be made available via #FR2 company stores and online store (In April), but not the RED Edition.
Preorder Price is 19,000 JPY (approx. US$173 / SG$235) per 37cm tall figure, and includes a (plush) white rabbit mask and silver-colored camera accessory. As listed on the CAMPFIRE page, the pre-order items are "limited to those living in Japan. We don't ship overseas." - So you might have to check in with you fav retailer(s) if they would be getting any of these figures "eventually".
There was a third colorway showcased at Toy Soul (and featured on #Toysfor2019), with a FXXKING RABBIT in Orange x Black ... would this be another "brand" exclusive? Could it be for The Little Hut? Stay tuned to @fxxkingrabbits for updates!
