CHEST TATTOO (English dubbed):

The sequence shown next is most definitely *SPOILERS* is you've not watched the 2004 Hong Kong feature, in what is undoubtably (for me) one of the best cinematic (somewhat) modern kungfu action/comedy film I have personally enjoyed, and adore. Do yourselves a favour and go find it, watch it, an ENJOY!

The following sequence is in Cantonese, with the tailor (in question) happening around the 2:17 mark moving forward.
