Paramount Pictures has set an August 7, 2009 release date for the G.I. Joe movie, to be directed by Stephen Sommers from a Stuart Beattie script [SHH] and all this without a completed movie-script due to the Writers' Strike? wow. thatz showbiz, i guess! *HAH*


i mean, Sienna's hawt (on select online images anyways) but as The Baroness?

    agree with you both, Saki and Cake ... it's like they just grabbed a name-of-the-moment (featuring the token-villain-choice of the new millennium, a Brit) and hope that'll placate the masses?

    of coz tis all speculation and utterly unfair to the filmmakers, i know i know ...

    but i can't imagine THIs Baroness scheme and be "villainy" ... she's just gonna end up "whiny", IMHO ... but we'll see we'll see

    anybody else you folks have in mind for this role? :)
