imagine this: spending an entire day and evening holed-up in my bedroom, doing-up me videos (which i will feature much later); not knowing what was happening to the world outside my window ... when i logged unto my multiply to find a fren-of-a-fren's journal heading: London Bombings - We Are Fine ... WTF? that was 7pm. had a call from me sis just a few minutes after asking about what had happened in London. she had frens there she was freaked about ... switched-on the telly which were filled with late and vague reports on CNA/BBC/CNN (more reactionary and damage control stories, other than what actually had happened) ... by the time anything was pseudo-coherent, t'was 1130pm.
as me sis' trying to callup frens over there to find out if everyone's okay, i logged unto the web to various peeps' blogs (who're in UK now) to see how they are doing ... and found this and immediately everything was crystal clear. all within 10 minutes. even had pictures and photos.

no, im not here to talk much about the terrorists (they will burn in hades themselves) nor speculate about the bomb's origins etc ... i am just suddenly fugging grateful there is a www ... fugging hell ...
