thrillkiller figures

< the Elseworlds/Thrillkiller figures, which i talked about a while back, is in (local) comicshops today. an early x-mas surprise which im sure will put smiles on fanboys+girls' faces. it sure did mine!
sure as i am not ("not anymore") in the habit of picking-up blister-packed figures/toys, one look and i knew i had wanted them! the ThrillKiller/Batman fig was ace, with a right mixture of matt and gloss BLACK. somehow *i like* ... and contrary to pictures shown, the Thrillkiller/Batgirl fig wore a gloss-BLACK outfit, as opposed to the seeming-glossy-GREEN, but i mind it not, for she actually looks quite gorgeous, with her flowing red-hair!now if only Marvel could make their JeanGrey this pretty *heh*.
i also picked up the Crimson Mist Batman, only coz he looked downright menacing! ... i didn't pickup either the Red Son:Superman nor the Wonder Woman (gotta "balance" the financial-account somehow, innit? *sigh*), for altho they actually looked pretty decent ... maybe all im missing is the awesome Red Son:Batman to complete the set! i wonder if they'd left this out accidentally, or tis arriving on a later shipping date? ... forgot to ask...
oh well, am happy with what i got nowjust hope i dun regret not picking up Supes and WW later and we shall see what else 2006 has to offer us, innit? *heh*
