i am simply amazed and baffled ~ at the simplicity of medium and the surprise that near-everyday items can be used/utilized for "art" (if so be the case) ... and of the seeming intangibility of "art" and what we "assume" them to be, given the current pop-cultural context ... and yes, i am pulling it out of my ass - but it has sure given me more than a moment of pause and thought ... maybe i've been looking too hard, too far away?
