and seems there's further "revelations" in the ongoing he's dead/he's not-saga, as wiki-ed : "In Civil War: The Initiative, Carol Danvers tells Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew) that Steve Rogers is not dead, that he is being held on ice in a maximum security prison known as the raft. However, in New Avengers 28, it is revealed that the person being held is not Steve Rogers, but is a trap set by Iron Man to lure the New Avengers out of hiding."
