no, The Vader Project didn't just publish a new pop-up-book (altho i reckon that would be an utterly fab idea, IMHO) ... no, this is the book by paper-engineerMatthew Reinhart who've designed a 30th-anniversary commemorative edition that comes packed with a variety of novelty features, including pop-ups [more details on Amazon] - and this youtubed-video [via] explains it further:
I bought one at Toys-R-Us because I was able to look through one. It is absolutely amazing! There are batteries in the book to where the light sabers actually light up for Darth Vader and Luke!
Not sure if its the same sw pop out book, but there's one version selling in Kino Orchard.
