WEB: www.sgtoyandcomiccon.com/WHAT: The Singapore Toy & Comic Convention 2008 will be an annual event that promises to bring new audiences to the world of toys and design. The inaugural Singapore Toy & Comic Convention aims to be the 1st-of-its-type, large-scale international toy and comic show to be held in Singapore.
WHO: With 150 targeted exhibitors, the Convention aims to bring together toys (general toys & designer toys), comics, character design, illustration, animation, gaming, and licensing in an all-in-one event. exhibitors from USA, Europe, UK, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Phillippines and Singapore will be invited to participate.
WHEN: To be held over 3 days from 27 to 29 June 2008. there will be a Networking & Preview Night for exhibitors, VIPs, guests and media on Friday 27 June (closed session); and 28 - 29 June will be open to the public.

hell, im excited as i can possibly be, as this would actually be my first ever "proper" Con, local or overseas (which is quite mofo-sad for someone blogging like a maniac about toys and such, innit?
