singapore arcade showdown @ anime festival asia 2008 (nov 22-23)
With the inaugural Anime Festival Asia 2008 [www / tagged] slightly over a week away this November 22nd & 23rd - we ramp up coverage (and maybe even some hype? heh) - beginning with the announcement of the SINGAPORE ARCADE SHOWDOWN - hosted by AFA08.
The Singapore Arcade Showdown is a nationwide Arcade Gaming Competition organized by Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) and machines sponsored by TKA World. The landmark first-ever competition will take place in The Arena Zone (the seventh and newest Experience Zone of the AFA08) on the 22nd and 23rd of November 2008 at Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Compettion Games: Players will compete in any of the three upcoming arcade gaming titles: SNK's King of Fighters ’98: Ultimate Match, Capcom's Street Fighter IV, and Namco Bandai's Tekken 6.
