Calavera & Bubble Pink by Humberto Ramos & Francisco Herrera
CALAVERA (created by Humberto Ramos and Francisco Herrera) and the uber-curvaceous BUBBLE PINK (designed by Francisco Herrera) PVC statues first made their debut at the San Diego Comic Con last year, and was subsequently released via Brand Studio Press in late-2009.
DKE Toys is currently soliciting both 7.5" tall Mexican Wrestler CALAVERA and BUBBLE PINK with Horny Rat - both with a SRP of US$50-per. (Do check with your fav retailers for availability details).

CALAVERA survives in Chilangolandia, born on a tomb stone in Mixquic, in a Day of the Dead. He is CALAVERA, who, legend says, shall confront and defeat the ruthless creatures from the underworld. His father, a baker, his mother, a curandera, and his grandfather, the legendary wrestler known as LA CALACA. This is how our hero combines a bizarre mix which transforms him, maybe, into the last hope for mankind.
Along with his inseparable partner, TALAVERA, they fight the evil during weekdays while Friday and Saturday the crowds throng the arenas where they become the unquestioned kings of the ring. Calavera gains his strength from the Day of the Dead loaf and the refined sugar from the sugar skulls prepared when the duty calls by his mom, doña Remedios, with an age-old secret formula. CALAVERA is back in the ring, thus putting an end to the rumors about his death. Thank you, dear Virgin, for sending him back, THANK YOU...

The Acid Sugar Cottontails are nice, lovely creatures... at first. Fall in love with them, but be warned: they are extremely bipolar. Their mood can change at any given moment, but hey, if you can live with that, you will experience the remarkable flavor each one has to offer. You see, the flavor reflects a hint of their personality. In addition, each one has a pet that will help settle their hyperactivity. Bubble Pink is sticky 'cause she loves to hug all the time. She is always posing for the camera and... well, the rat can tell you more. (I wanna see her back, to check for a bunny-tail, of coz :p)
