Master Your Destiny: ENTERBAY x Dragonball Evolution

Now, I'm not surprised to see GOKU and PICCOLO being picked to be possibly made into 1/6th action figures by ENTERBAY (as they would be the obvious choice and hero-figures) but would BULMA actually be their "first" female figure in 1/6th to be released? [A question I first asked in 2008 as well].

ENTERBAY shows off a DRAGONBALL: EVOLUTION image featuring Justin Chatwin as Goku, Emmy Rossum as Bulma and James Marsters as alien Lord Piccolo ... and I am only "assuming" it would be in 1/6th scale because nothing else has been mentioned. Shouldn't it be?
