Pollard Wants Daddy, But Daddy Be In Taipei?

If Tim Biskup syas this lil Pollard is in Taipei, then he should be. The question is whether it's at the Taipei Toy Festival (July 9-12)? Or would he appear at the TxT Project Exhibition #2 @ Paradise Toyland (July 10-25)?
