A Closer Look at Slander Snake by Joe Ledbetter x Play Imaginative
The launch of Joe Ledbetter's SLANDER SNAKE by Play Imaginative at the recently concluded STGCC was no doubt one of the buzzed about art toy launches of the Con - with one colorway released progressively for each day - starting with the Green Snake, and culminating in the limited LAVA color on the last day, Sunday.
And while I gave readers a first look of Slander Snake from the Con-floor, I did not have the opportunity (nor "means") to partaketh of the launch excitement itself - although quite a fair number of folks popped by booth C16, with bags filled with Slander-loot in hand, which I lived vicariously thru, and happily snapped pics of (...unfortunately I did not have the presence of mind to video-record the opening of the swollen-snake portion, to reveal the hapless ball of yum within!) ~ LOL
