NAME-OF-SUBMISSION: Dr Grey Matter (customized Scutler the Butler)
STORY: Dr Matter is Retropolis' top boffin... astrophysics, chemistry, botanist, neurology, astronomy, tiddlywinks.... any really clever subject he's the one!! He invented a way to join man and machine.... unfortunately he's so clever he didn't notice that putting ones brain on the outside isn't very protective... still with his telescopic eye he can often be found starring into space, muttering to himself something along the lines of " this world isn't big enough for me...."
