The Ark Project Presentation & Tee Design Contest
TRE first blogged about DGPH's ARK Project back in March, and now time has come for the launch of the global-spanning print project with a presentation in Buenos Aires along with IdN on October 7th (8pm) @ Espacio Trimarchi (Arevalo 1445, Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina)
PRESS: Along with the small exhibtion and book presentation, whoever comes to the show, will be able to buy it in a special Trimarchi pre-sale. The value of the book is US$ 34 + shipping, but for today October 7th and only at the Espacio Trimarchi during the presentation, the book will be selling at only US$ 27 shipping inlcuded.

The event will also see the launch of the ARK tee contest through La Fraise (FR) whereby you are inviting you to design the ARK PROJECT tee under the theme: Endangered Animals ~ with the one selected among all the participants receiving a 2,000 EUROS prize + The ARK Project book + a DGPH products set, and the shirt printed on a limited edition tees. WHAT-IS: The ARK Project sees the participation of international artists in creating an "animal bible" - with each artists' showcase an animal representing an animal or species from their homeplace. An initiative by DGPH - the objective is to then have the artworks be printed in a book format by IdN ~ which documents and will support a specific wild life protection entity with the project sales. Promotions will include exhibitions, with participating artists from their respective locales.
