Toy-Release: Fool's Paradise Keiko 1/6 by Double Line (April 1st-presale)

This coming April 1st will see the presale of KEIKO ~ from the new Fools Paradise Handmade 12" series ~ available via the Fools Paradise blog. Limited to 50 pcs and priced at US$460 (includes global shipping), Keiko will be shipped out between June to July 2010.

KEIKO comes in an explosion of colors and very interesting colored hair, and a pair of eyes which either has not been sleeping for months, or has seen something not supposed to be seen, which is cool in itself within a sea f "beautiful people" and looks, IMHO. The tinted-cutout plastic zipper-pull rounds out the uniqueness of the figure.

It's been a while since we've seen a high-end handmade 1/6th figures in urban apparel, released from HongKong, and with this figure being the first 1/6 from Double Line ~ of which Alan Ng used to be a part of the now-defunct Boredomsqueezer, whose own handmade 1/6-figures were well sort after "during the day" ~ it would be interesting to see collector-reactions to the news.
