Toy-Release: Internal Fighter by Solya and Asha


“Internal Fighter” by Ukraine-based designers Solya and Asha is a fully hand-made figure made of resin plaster and dyed with acrylic. Standing 5 inches tall and priced at US$40 per, Internal Fighter comes in 2 colorway editions: "SIA" with 13 pcs, and 66 pcs of the Glow-in-the-Dark "Phosphoric". Released since April 10th and available online via http:// www.solya-i-asha.org.ua (and in “Toshoshop” in the Ukraine town of Kiev), Internal Fighter is just the beginning, with plans to do a new series each month.

Rocking the designer art toy movement in Ukraine, Solya and Asha-said: "this toy symbolizes our internal world." Regardless of painted-treatment, I am quite liking this form, especially with the
adorable over-bite and the downturned sides (which looks like "ears"). Kudos.
