Super7 10th Anniversary Party & Lucky Bags (May 14)
A decade. Any business who has survived ten years and is still surviving and thriving in this day and age, is worthy of applause and a sharp salute, especially a toy-business. My earliest memory of Super7 was actually via their magazine, scored while on my comicbook runs, years ago. Their imagery of Darth Vader-cover (celebrating Star Wars) always, ALWAYS pop into mind whenever I blog about Super7 happenings (I am a simple image-association guy after all ;p).

This Saturday May 14th, Super7 celebrates their 10th Anniversary with "Lucky Bags" which fans laud and fuss over (aka fixed price for a bag of toys, production and handpaints), as well a Party - featuring Free-Play Classic Arcade Games, said Lucky-Bag-drop at 6pm, Ice Cream Social activity at 7pm and a Toy Trade Fest lasting till "late". One of the only venues that practice "trading toys", this is one sure way to encourage the sense of community in this culture, and that alone as well, deserves a sharp salute!
