Zombie Pageant: Upcoming TOYSREVIL-Contest Teaser #1
Today we reveal a lil "headsup" for an upcoming blog-contest on TOYSREVIL - simply titled: "ZOMBIE PAGEANT". (We will be reveal a series of contests - both happening soon and some planned for the future - for each day of SDCC ;p)
Accepting submissions from illustrations, to custom art toys, to even cosplay, a select panel of 'Judges' will pick their favorites, whereby they will go into a final sudden-re-death round with the public - meaning YOU - voting for who will be "The Most Attractive Zombie" of 2011! The winning submission or zombie will be crowned on Halloween Night!
Currently there's a grab-bag of prizes from a variety of folks (remember folks 'Treat-or-Treating' and getting a handful of candies? Same difference LOL) including original artwork, mini figurines, space zombie figure, signed prints and a lil "surprise" for the winner. This is the inaugural year of the Zombie Pageant. This will not be a one-time-only contest and event. Contest details to be launched very soon - just know the explicit caveat being: No submissions of previously done products published online in any way shape or form, or exhibited to the public. It has to be a brand new work submitted (of an undead zombie - the irony does not escape me ;p).
