"Last December, one of the worst typhoons hit our country. What sounded like a regular storm warning in the beginning, turned out to be one of the worst calamities the Philippines had to face. With more than a thousand dead, many injured and leaving more than a hundred thousand families homeless."
"The Army Of Snipers - A well renowned group of multifaceted artists from all over the world flew around Asia to do humanitarian work. Earlier this month, they came over to Manila to help out our brothers and sisters deeply affected by the Sendong Typhoon. They together with Vinyl On Vinyl created an event called Army Of Snipers Gives Back. The opening was held in Opus where J*RYU (Ohio), Ritzy Periwinkle (Los Angeles) and Angry Woebots (Hawaii) painted live."
"These paintings are now being silently auctioned off. Each piece was created on a 4ft x 4ft wooden panel. If are interested on any of the paintings. Please feel free to contact us with the amount desired. Bidding starts at 5,000 php. Bidding will end on the 8th of February. You will be notified if you have won the auction."
"Aaron Woes Martin a.k.a Angry Woebots is a FILIPINO raised in a foreign country. He paid a visit to the Philippines recently for the 1st time last September 2011. Hearing about the calamity which occurred in CDO moved him especially since his family is from there."
"With this in mind he specially handcrafted 10 paintings on acid free etching paper which costs 2,500php and 5 paintings on wood which costs 4,000php. Each line art comes with a personal letter from Aaron thanking you.
The proceeds accumulated by the artworks will be sent to different Organizations in charge of the Sendong disaster. Now is the time when our brothers and sisters need us most.
We deeply appreciate your support."
