Custom-Feature: Camera Docks by RSCLS (ANTZ, ZERO & Clogtwo) for Launch of Darkroom Army Gallery @ PEEK!
For the weekend launch of Darkroom Army Gallery at PEEK! - coinciding with the appearance of tara McPherson and The Cotton Candy Machine Pop-Up Store - the trio of ANTZ, ZERO and Clogtwo, collectively known as RSCLS, customized Camera Dock builds (made by PHU!) which were on-show in the Gallery display. Here's a closer look at all three of them!
SLUGTANK by CLOGTWO was inspired by the 16bit playstation game, METALSLUG. "Focusing on the form and strength of aesthetics, style and distortion, with a little touch of good old time when gaming on the console." - check out more WIP-images on CLogtwo's blog-post, and go bug Darkroom for procurement of the one-of-a-kind-custom priced at SGD$650.
This DESERT RSCL BATTLETANK from ZERO pushes all the right buttons for me, with the Camera Dock (and camera) made into a military vehicular-construct - and not just a "tank", but a "battletank" -complete with manned-gun-ports and warrior-soliders within! *LOVE*
ANTZ goes back into the jungle to wage war against the oppressors, with his Wu Kong in disguise in camouflaged furriness! And I've got a feeling the creature's backpack ain't filled with food by dangerous aerosol cans of destructive art-making, no?
