Custom-Feature: QiQi by Lisa Rae Hansen
Lisa Rae Hansen sends images and words about her QiQi-custom, meant for the custom show by Creo Design meant for ToyconUK.
"This is a custom QiQi, the original toy is designed by Ziqi Wu and produced by Creo Design. Chris Alexander approached me to do a custom of the toy, along with a fantastic line up of other artists from all over the world, and the entire collection are to be on show and for sale at ToyconUK 2013 April next year in London." ~introduces, Lisa Rae.

The first custom toy to incorporate jewellery was "Bloom" a sitting PigQee with a flower pendant and this is my second piece in that vein. I reinterpreted the little shape on the top of Ziqi Wu's original design as the tip of a bone, and cut it away to create a housing for a full length resin shaped bone pendant/necklace, which is worn on an oxidised silver chain and I could resist doing a double sided character!" ~shares Lisa Rae.
