Toy-Review: Blogbrainopus Rex by Plaseebo x BLObPUS
Released as a 2010 New York ComicCon-Exclusive, BLOBRAINOPUS REX was a BLObPUS crossover Edition with Plaseebo, and limited to only 10 pieces. Thanks to Bob Conge, now holding #6/10 in hand, and looking at it beyond computer-screens, this is indeed an awesome piece of collectible figure, and I am not hyping it up!

The BLObPUS headsculpt (with splendid ball-prizmed-eyes) and Plaseebo's Skulloctopus-vinyl body with an organic paint-app fading into the clear vinyl tentacles, gives a measured "life" to the piece. The "brain" relief-motif is an interesting esthetic both stylized and not too "real". I can't say enough good things about this piece, really!
