Introducing "The Magi Maleficarum" by Martin Ontiveros x Toy Art Gallery

Tis been quite a while since we've seen any production toys from Martin Ontiveros (with his Ojo Rojo one of my toy-grails in the past actually) … but things are going to change real quick and soon! Presenting THE MAGI MALEFICARUM - a trio of wizards designed by Martin himself, sculpted by David Arshawsky, and produced by Toy Art Gallery, in a resin release first, followed by vinyl!

The Magi features exquisitely detailed sculpted details, and look like they had walked out of a Martinhead illustration, which is utterly awesome, I insist! Cannot wait to see them in color, ala the vibrancy of an exploding acid rainbow FTW!

And while we await further product details (I am quite interested in the height), here are more WIP-snaps, along with what Mr Ontiveros had to share about this project:

"Announcing the first look at a set of figures designed by me and produced by Toy Art Gallery, the Magi Maleficarum. Coming very SOON in a limited resin cast, to be followed by vinyls later this year. TAG and I will be making several more figures over the course of the year--you won't even know what hit you, man.
