SPAWN by Elvin Ching (for Spawn Lucky 13 Contest)

"Fan-art" of SPAWN by Singapore-based illustrator Elvin Ching, with the above being the penciled version, while below is the finish colored version. Personally I prefer the penciled, but maaaaaan both versions look positively EPIC!

Thing is Elvin's submission for the Spawn Lucky 13 contest, whereby 13 lucky contestants will be shortlisted by Todd McFarlane (creator of "Spawn") and the public will get to vote on the winner.

"The grand prize winner gets a full page pin-up in our biggest anniversary issue (yet) and two runners-up will also have their work published in Spawn 250. WHO KNOWS it could even open up career opportunities for those of you who have been working so hard just to get your foot in the door." -Todd McFarlane.
