MOTHRA from Dream TOMICA #toylife

I whinge-n-whine
A "companion" of sorts to the previously released "Godzilla" mobile (which I realized have not featured on this blog!!! *GASP*), Takara TOMY has released his kaiju nemesis as a "bus" under their Dream TOMICA model car brand, with this design concept looking like it's in the brown caterpillar "stage", before it transforms and blossoms into the giant kaiju moth we know! Pretty adorable, methinks :)
I purchased mine for SGD$10.95 at a local toyshop. Also spotted in Toys'R'Us in Tampines Mall. This should not be a tough piece to track down at all, and more likely the Godzilla version will be available alongside as well, IMO :)

WHO-IS: "Mothra (ć¢ć¹ć© Mosura?) is a kaiju who first appeared in Toho's 1961 film Mothra. Mothra has appeared in several Toho tokusatsu films, most often as a recurring character in the Godzilla franchise.
The name "Mothra" is the suffixation of "-ra" to the English word "moth"; since the Japanese language does not have dental fricatives, it is approximated "Mosura" in Japanese. The āraā suffix follows the precedent set by āGojiraā, which in turn is derived from kujira (鯨ļ¼ćÆćøć©), the Japanese word for āwhale,ā to indicate the characterās enormous size." (Wiki)
