THROWBACK @ Toy Art Gallery - featuring new works + toy launch by James Groman & Nathan Jurevicius (May 16)

Launching Saturday, May 16 at Toy Art Gallery is two-man show "THROWBACK" - featuring the works of James Groman and Nathan Jurevicius. Featured below is an image of a new limited edition print by Jurevicius getting released at the show, along with assorted Risograph prints! The show will also see the launch of Nathan's Owl Clam figure produced by TAG (featuring sculpt by Kenth Toy Works) with the wax prototype seen below;


Also debuting at the show is a new BC BLASTER vinyl series featuring designs by James Groman (creator of Rotten Rexx) and produced by TAG! With sizes ranging between 4"-5", there will be 5 figures in the series-and from the peek at unpainted prototypes (sculpted by @macsorro) here, they look amazing! Like a Saturday morning cartoon gone rogue! Pteranadon? Stegasaurus? #OHMY

EVENT PRESS: "Toy Art Gallery is proud to present “THROWBACK” featuring James Groman and Nathan Jurevicius! THROWBACK has the two artists paying tribute to the past in their own unique ways. James Groman’s work screams retro cool, equal parts EC Comics and classic monster movies. Nathan Jurevicius takes a different approach with an ongoing series of original sketches inspired by Lithuanian paganism, Christian bible stories and sci-fi films.

THROWBACK features original drawings, limited prints, custom vinyl toys and more! The show will also see the debut of Nathan’s first collaboration with TAG, the soft vinyl Owl Clam! James Groman will also preview his new mini figure series, the B.C. Blasters, along with some surprises.
