Soft Vinyl Festival @ The HUB, Hong Kong (Aug 6-7)

An excellent toy-themed exhibition is afoot in Hong Kong over this weekend, with the “Soft Vinyl Festival” featuring a mind-blowing selection of vinyl toys, from toy-makers and designers from around the world - some previews of which are featured here in this humble (and late :p) blogpost!

Exhibiting between August 6th to 7th @ The HUB (1/F., Fortune Bldg.,150 - 158 Lockhart Road, WanChai, 00852 2153 8888 / 35656672 Hong Kong), and organised by Angel Abby - check out further details for the event via the Facebook Events Page, including Ticketed Entry Details (*US$10 per day entry).

I love the concept of this exhibition, and could but hope there would be a parallel of such a show here in Singapore (although truth be told I most probably would not be able to afford much, but then again...). One aspect to consider is to tag it to an existing showcase/event - I am looking at YOU, STGCC2016 - whereby a space is set aside for folks to organize such a dedicated event, and by that, I do not mean "renting a booth" LOL ... but yes, I am naive in this toy-dream ... LOL
