#TOYLIFE August 1-6.2017: Let Me Play With My Toys!

Last week was a mixed bag, of toy-snaps for blog-content and fun (including Bedtime Bunnie, and toy reviews of Commander Jim Jim, Draculobsterand Vegan Commander), in the midst of 3 events happening over the weekend (Soft Vinyl Festival in Hong Kong, Popcon Asia in Jakarta and Art Toy Thailand 07 in Thailand) which I foolishly attempted to cover (SO READ THEM, thanks! LOL) … and the only #toyexcavation I could muster, was of a series I’ll be expending on soon!

I am thankful my “work” is also sometimes (most times :p) my “fun” … that I'll really want to make it a stronger aspect of this blog - LET ME PLAY WITH MY TOYS! hahahaha and Living the #toylife!

Friday afternoon in #TOYSREVIL HQ ... So how's your day going? :) Sort out a review shoot. Write & publish a toy review. Hook up wifi. Blog for the rest of the day. Prep another toy review. Finish #YoungJustice Season 1, blog some more. In between that: Have dinner and a nap (maybe nix the nap)... Then Friday is gone, and the weekend takes over! Permit me to offer my reasons for the definition of what a "designer toy" might be: whereby the form and chosen colors are enhanced by depicted iconology that is created graphically - in this instance a shirt / co. Logo or/and a bunny icon - featuring a clear visual and defined communicative purpose/message, say, versus that of an "Art Toy", where the message can be amblivious (spl) and abstract. OR you can simply call it whatever you want to call it, and enjoy the #toyjoy regardless! :) #toylife #toylifesg #groovisions #toytalk
