Folks go on about the "decline of Kidrobot" with these licensed products, but the reality is these no doubt feed the bills, so that "less popular" art toys can be produced and have a chance to flourish, IMHO. So the "thing" for me personally, is NOT about "licensed products", but how GOOD DESIGN trumps all licenses/properties, a prime example being the previously released Batman Dunny and their unfortunate designs, IMO. But "toyness" is in the eyes of the beholder and customer, isn't it? Go forth and decide for yourselves :)
