KAWS BFF Vinyl Open Editions For October 18th Release

UPDATED: The KAWS BFF Editions are scheduled to be released this week!
*The KAWS BFF BLACK Edition will be available Wednesday October 18th at 12PM Eastern Standard Time on www.kawsone.com.
*The MoMA-exclusive KAWS BFF BLUE Edition will be available both online at store.moma.org, and and in-store at MoMA Design Stores, from October 18th (exact time unknown).
No prices are revealed at this time. I have been advised that the price is US$280 (as listed on the MoMA catalog). I will attempt to update this info as soon as they are released!
As for “quantity”, these are stated as “Open Edition” - like his previous “KAWS Companion” releases - where they will be continuingly producing and releasing pieces, so chillax on the hoarding, or playing flipper prices unnecessarily, IMHO.
To be fair, this is KAWS' first sculpted figure since the closure of “OriginalFake” in 2013 (“KAWS Companion” does not “count”, as it had been released much earlier, albeit in a different size, IMO), and might well inject/incur some “excitement” (*understatement) - if not from OG-collectors (from “before”), but at the very least from NEW collectors - 4 years since closing OriginalFake - and of course, the flippers … neither of whom, I suspect, might not let their young’uns nibble at your BFF! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA :p
Or if you REALLY cannot-wait/can’t-afford/don’t-give-a-darn, there are always the bootleg versions (more color ways too) out in the market (via online markets in China), released sometime back too! Now, THAT version you can let the baby nibble on! *chuckle* BUT HEY, maybe not, as you DO NOT KNOW WHERE that paint came from, yeah? #DontBuyBootlegsLah

The KAWS BLUE BFF has since gone “live” on store.moma.org! Sized 13.2h x 5.7w x 3.3”d, the BLUE BFF is exclusive to MoMA and priced at US$280. The figure is as well made available “in-store”.
