Fundraiser for @gorgocho's Surgery Needs

"Charles Rodriguez AKA @gorgocho is in very bad health and needs our help. Charles is located in a Country that does not allow him to setup a GoFundMe so we are doing this for him. The goal is $4,000 which will cover the initial cost of his surgery but will not cover the follow up appointments and medications, anything raised beyond the $4,000 will go towards any additional medical costs that Charles may incur."
