Paul Leung's Madcap with Great Twins at Beijing Toy Show 2018 (Sept 7-9)

Hong Kong toy designer Paul Leung (of The Big Addict / Giveme5ive) will be in attendance at the coming Beijing Toy Show 2018 (Sept 7-9), as a guest for Great Twins - who will be both hosting signing sessions (see schedule below), and as well releasing his toys!


First up is Paul's MADCAP character figure - to be available in two forms, with the above showcasing Wood Art Statues (in "45 Degree Combo" and "Double Tone" versions - 1 piece each!) - BOTH of whom are BTS Exclusives!

Featured below are renders for MADCAP Sofubi figures ("Mindset" series) - sized 3 inches tall, limited to 25 pieces each design! Looks to be clear-see thru bodies with internal "brain(s)"!

As well Paul's design is apart of the Merlion Mini Figure Blind Box "International Designers" Series 1 line-up (render featured above), which will be previewed at the event as well, via the Great Twins' Booth A35. Check out Paul Leung's signing schedules for BTS and tell'em 'TOYSREVIL SENT YOU'!

I've personally been a fan of Mr Leung's work for some time now, specifically his 1/6th-Fashion works thru the years, but alas have never been able to afford a single piece to add to my humble collections ... his "Giveme5 2002 x Milk" figures was nigh inspirational, & MOD figures were my toy-grails from the early-days of my 1/6th-hobby too! I still remember years ago in my sole visit to Hong Kong, and seeing the Mod figure in-person at a toy-store (at 1AM in the morning too lol), is one my my biggest regrets for not buying the figure there and then gggrrrrr
