Mame Moyashi FINGER PUPPET Version 1 from Chino Lam
Mame Moyashi's full figured fish/seafood-themed collectibles from Chino Lam (IG @chinolam2016) now resized and repackaged as "FINGER PUPPET Version 1", and I think it is an excellent "tasting plate" / sampler for folks thinking of getting their feet wet with the larger toys, and also something "new" for the collectors who has most/all of their earlier toy-counterparts!
Sized between 4.5cm to 5cm, there are 5 character figures to be had, all housed i printed window box - including characters: "MAGURO (Senpai)", "LOBSTER", "SQUID", "ABALONE", and a 5th "secret" figure (Whom I'm intrigued will be a version of this figure to debut at Beijing Toy Show 2019...).
@toystation88 had it priced at HK$320, while strangecattoys.com has it on pre-order for US$48.00 (Ships Sept 2019).
The figures made their appearance at Summer Soul and are currently available to order va their usual retail partners, or otherwise check in with your fav retailer(s) for availability.
With my toy-collecting partiality currently veered towards dacha/mini-sized (more affordable and takes up less display or storage space, thanks), and the option of "finger puppets" well welcomed in my repertoire (thank you, "Finger Five"!), this feels to be quite a WIN of a release, IMHO.
