Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (Official Teaser Trailer & Poster)



"Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.



The concept is reportedly based on the 'Transformers' spinoff 'Beast Wars' which feature robots that transform into robotic animals. And we are seeing tons of pre-Michael Bay/Generation 1-esque designs, so that's always a plus, IMHO.

The film's IMDb-page also credits Michelle Yeoh ("Maximal Airazor"), Peter Dinklage (voice of "Scourge"), Ron Perlman (voice of "Optimus Primal"), Pete Davidson (voice "Autobot Mirage") and more .... And of course the return of Peter Cullen as the voice of "Optimus Prime"!

Directed by Steven Caple Jr. ("The Land" 2016, and "Creed II" 2018) and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in theatres June 9, 2023.
