Welcome to the very first episode of our podcast! In this debut, we’re taking things back to the beginning — not just ours, but the designer toy scene as a whole. We dive into the early days of designer toys: where the movement began, how it grew from street culture and independent creators, and the global influence it has today.



We also talk about our personal journey — how we first discovered designer toys, what inspired us to start creating our own characters, and the ups and downs of being toy designers ourselves. And for our fellow Malaysians (and curious listeners from abroad), we share the story behind MY Toy Hoard — how a small passion project turned into a growing platform for artists and collectors.
