Revealed today is this Star Wars Stormtrooper character collectible from @3dretro, interpreted by Mexican artist @rodrigoroji. This 12-inch tall VINYL-made figure is limited to 500pcs worldwide, and available for US$175 each via Toy Tokyo (Booth 22-32). Seek clarity via instagram.com/toy_tokyo, cheers.





Besides the Trooper shown here, there is also "RODRIGO ROJIā€™s BOBA FETT to look forward to, for when it unleashes "May 4th"!

This Japanese-only single-language collectible is available for purchase exclusively at the Hasbro booth (Hall 1, 3-7) during SWCJ 2025. Quantity nor Price Unknown.

Teased is the Cherry Blossom Limited Edition Porcelain "Darth Vader" sculpture by LladrĆ³ (other licensed SW-releases), to be made available first-to-market only at SWCJ and sub sequently on Iladro.com (and select LladrĆ³ boutiques).

Subject to the physical size of the sculpt, it could either be a "premium collectible", or "novelty memorabilia", IMHO. But looking at the 3-dimensional relief of the cherry-blossoms (in released pics), this sure ain't no "novelty"...! And while no doubt there are TONS of Star Wars merch and collectibles from Hot Toys to be unleashed at BOOTH #17-8. (checklist seen above), I want to take a slightly closer look at two of them: The "Cherry Blossom Version" 1/6th scale Stormtrooper, and the "Ewoks Cosbi Bobble-Head Collection"!

Nothing screams "Japan" like "cherry blossoms", so the Cherry Blossom Version 1/6th scale Stormtrooperā„¢ features cherry blossom patterns on the body armour, with the "Hot Toys Exclusive version" limited to 1,500 units (also available in select outlets), while the figure with the cherry blossom patterned haori jacket and a Star Wars Celebration-themed backdrop being the commemorative Star Wars Celebration Exclusive edition, is THE one to snag at SWCJ, with this editionlimited to only 1000 units, each at 45,000yen.

"Pš«šØš­šžšœš­ š­š”šž š…šØš«šžš¬š­ - š’š¦ššš„š„ š›š®š­ šŒš¢š š”š­š²" comes the Ewoks Cosbi Bobble-Head Collection, blind boxed (2,500yen per pull) with 8 adorable characters to collect, plus one mystery "Baby Nippet". I have never truly purchased a Cosbabi/Cosbi blind box, but I would not deny this if I came across it...! OMGOMGOMG



"Each random package box includes an approximately 7 ā€“ 8.5 cm tall Ewoks Cosbi collectible and a special collection card. It comes sealed in a foil bag and is blind boxed to preserve the rarity and collectability of the series. Available in selected markets only."
