The Pop Toy Show Daily Dash (2025 Edition)
After blogging about TOYS for 2 decades, one thing I've always wondered about but never seen with my own eyes, are the insane dash(es) "collectors" do whenever the doors to a convention or festival opens - be it Wonder Festival (unforgettable scenes of mayhem-dashes) or even shows in the region (Thailand shows looks insane), with only Taipei Toy Fest having long snaking orderly queues instead, which I had though Singapore would have similar cues... gosh, I was SO WRONG LOR!

DISCLAIMER: Hey, I am not knocking this, okay? If I were much healthier, more active (the only time I've actually attempted to "run" in my over decade since recovering from Stroke, was to run after a departing bus :p), or even remotely financially capable, I might well be doing the same, okay? PSA: What honestly bugged me the most, was that newsworthiness has been regulated to "insanity of toy collecting" and Labubus, instead of the indie artists showcasing their creations, which would be my main focus for PTS on TOYSREVIL, moving forward, thanks :)

@mothershipsg our fav national sport is queueing ahh 🥀 Pop Toy Show Singapore returned for its third edition at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre from today (Aug. 22) to Aug. 24. One visitor told Mothership he showed up at the venue around 4:30am, even though doors only officially open at around 9:30am for premium members.
