New Marvel Zombies Trailer & A Toy-Throwback to My Zombie-Killing Squad Kitbash
"It all started with a bite."
A brand new trailer for Marvel Animation's MARVEL ZOMBIES has just dropped, barely 10 days from THIS deadly-addictive trailer, which showcases more scenes of the 4-episoder series since scheduled to premiere on September 24th, exclusively on Disney+...! Rated "TV-MA", no less!
Permit me to indulge in a bit of toy-throwback:
In my early 1/6th-hobby days, I would have immediately kitbashed a zombie body (of which I had a few) and dress it up in superhero costume/s (of which I sadly do not possess as much) to re-enact a team of zombie-fied characters, more possibly fighting against my zombie-killing-team: THE RED HUNT!
And I could somehow repurpose the characters too! "Lil'Red" could be Yelena / "Black Widow" and "Red Star" is the literal mirror for "Red Guardian"! I used the "past tense" here, simply because I have my kitbashed-squad stored somewhere in my toy-hoard, otherwise I'd have somehow re-kitbashed them for this "notion update" LOL
Created and kitbashed circa 2008, The Red Hunt, it all started out as a planned zombie-killing "2-man" in a post-apocalyptical fictional world, which eventually became a "6-man" squad, with a synopsis and character profiles (as I always love to do my kitbashes lol), and even a dedicated blog to house images! One key was, I had wanted them to be monochromatic in color-palettes, primarily in black with red accents = an ongoing guide to the world of TOYSREVIL, as seen in logo(s), cheers.
