Throwback: "Draw Your Best Impression of a Skull" Contest
In 2011/12, I held an online illustration contest where you "Draw Your Best Impression of a Skull", with submissions posted here on my Facebook (along with linked credits of the contestants), as well on flicker, and the winner crowned. I had forgotten about this contest, and attempt to remedy it here by reposting the submissions, cheers.
I miss holding contests such as this though :p
And these were the "prizes" to be had (a M.Skull and C.Skull figurines from Crappy Cat):
I have always wondered if "before", it was less about what the "prize" was than it was the extended exposure to be had, whereas in the current age of social media, the "exposure" aspect falls behind the aspect of acknowledgement, and value of the prize which makes the effort "worthwhile"...?
