Thus far revealed on instagram.com/theblaxkspace is a splendid selection of collectible from @yoyo.yeung__, including a teaser for her version of ASTRO BOY!
Focusing on deep companionship warming up the essence of life, her six core IP characters – Kenneth Fox, Yoki, Raby, Megary, Taiga and Yogira – embody heartfelt themes ranging from spiritual guardianship to soul exploration, and inviting us to discover the touching moments and beauty found in all living things.
From an enigmatic corner of Yoyo Yeung’s art world, the Mysterious Golden Cat Restaurant emerges. It was said that a giant golden cat lives in a Chinese restaurant, drawing crowds of visitors far and wide. First found as a tiny kitten by owner Kenneth and named ‘Taiga’ after its golden fur, it grew to a giant size often gobbling up all the restaurant's ingredients, leaving the kitchen constantly short of supplies. Yet Taiga also attracted countless guests – so is this a blessing or otherwise?
Come decide for yourself, as the doors of Mysterious Golden Cat Restaurant opens to welcome you! Yoyo Yeung will be specially in town to launch this exhibition, so don’t miss the chance to meet the artist and get your beloved collection signed!
VIP Preview Evening (by invite only) happens Friday night of June 26th, the exhibition opens to the general public on Saturday June 27th, along with a Artist Signing Session with Yoyo Yeung herself (10.30am to 1.00pm) @ BLAXK by ActionCity, 01-03 Funan.

I've always been a "sucker" for her RABY character & character releases ( alas having missed out on tons of Unbox Industries-releases tho), but managed to snag a yummy-Raby from her Pop Toy Show booth last year tho ... and her pinky "Raby SIT SIT- Chinese Peach Bun ver." Is adorable, can? Only 30pcs will be available?????
