SUBCREW at Culture Cartel 2018 (Dec 1-2)
Display situated on the second floor at F1 Pit Building for Culture Cartel 2018 (Dec 1-2), is the SUBCREW display, which prominently displayed a slice of my boyhood, featuring Eric So's vinyl toy collectibles of classic Sam Lee (with black pants), and the latest rebooted incarnation - which pardon my toygeekdom, truly warmed my heart lah ... then being able as Sam Lee to pose with said figurine, AND to take wefie with Sam Lee himself, was one of the highlights of my Media Preview Night on Nov 30th lah, I cannot lie!
Having been a cine-fan since 1997's "Made in Hong Kong", this was quite a tick off my personal bucket list :)
Notice the square/angular/rectangular desks on display? They are uncut decks and are availability specially at Culture Cartel, so snag them before the doors close tonight at 9pm, Sunday December 1st, people!
