"AP-2K" by The Terror Troopers x Wetworks Now On Kickstarter!
Since my feature blogpost and recent IG-teaser, the Kickstarter for "AP-2K" has just been launched!
STORY: "AP-2K is a brainchild of The Terror Troopers (IG @theterrortroopers), a graffiti artist and illustrator based in Singapore. The AP-2K character is inspired by the Japanese street couture and an homage to all the sneakerheads, this is for all the collectors who love cool designer toys with an amazing narrative. Wetworks (IG @iamwetworks) crossed paths with The Terror Troopers during a recent street fashion event and offered to produce the character into a 3-dimensional art toy made in vinyl and with your pledges, we can make this awesome collaboration into a reality."
4 Versions of the final 6-inch tall vinyl figure is available: ORIGINAL VR, HYPE VR, WETWORKS VR and KICKSTARTER VR, with each priced at SGD$150, except for the OG VR Version, to be priced at SGD$126 (for the first 60pcs only).
There are also combination bundles, including the ARTIST PROOF PACK (SGD$350) and MONSTER PACK (SGD$600), and the intriguing CHROME PACK (SG$1000) which includes a 5th "Black Chrome" version of the vinyl figure!
The Pledge Goal of this project is SGD$39,648 (approx. US$28,000), with this project to only be funded if it reaches its goal by Tuesday, May 12/2020.
