Brand new Monday after a physically exhausting weekend, what with Culture Cartel and FOMO Art Weekend ... after a earlier exhausting weekend with The Art of DEVILROBOTS @ BLAXK and Anime Festival Asia, and not counting online chasing of toynews for DesignerCon and Taipei Toy Festival, I am bracing myself for the coming Singapore Comic Con this weekend, that no doubt will push my body to the limit (What? How "healthy" did you actually think I am? :p)!

But in the immortal words of Commander Peter Quincy Taggart ("Jason Nesmith" played by Tim Allen) in 1999's GALAXY QUEST: "Never Give Up! Never Surrender!", I will add; "...until your body and mind breaks down lor! After that cry also no use..."! ... with that, ONWARDS with the past week's TOP TEN BLOGPOSTS ON TOYSREVIL, shall we?

Of course I am intrigued about the "TAKE A BYTE" Virtual X Reality Live Concert at Culture Cartel, featuring digital influencer @here.is.rae and South Korean musician @lorenisalone...! And while I await any semblance of video footage (can't forget "music copyright" exists), here are a couple of snaps from @culturecartelcon to share of the "1-Night-Only" performance on Friday last, cheers.

MALAYSIA ARTTOY SHOWCASE at Taipei Toy Festival showcasing all-Malaysian originally created designer art toys, of which I've showcased a select few, the full spread some uploaded on this MY Toy Hoard posting on Facebook! There had better be a MY Toy Hoard video of this tho...! :)

With the "U.S.-only" sweepstakes ended "December 1", whereby winners will be notified via email by "December 2nd" ("100,00 winners" to be had), the next stage would be the HOW and WHEN that fulfilment might be another cycle of wait and hype, followed by seeing KAWS CEREAL MONSTERS prizes to be seen in folks' hands, and no doubt the secondary market for these prizes. Featured in blogpost-linked above is from my short Media Preview-visit to *SCAPE last Thursday, with images+video+impressions adding to my individual on-site and pre-event features, of a general self-realization of lack of a robust coverage for the event - as I have had for previous incarnations in 2019 and 2018 (which I recognised I did not do alone then) - with missing out Mighty Jaxx, and an entire 3rd Level of Marquee brands and invited artists... And as disappointed I am in myself for being disorientated and flustered, I know it is time to move on, as much as everybody seemed to have, cheers.

And a wonderful FOMO ART WEEKEND @ *SCAPE to be had when I visited Saturday December 3rd, which organiser @oicsingapore head-honcho Michael Ng @mindflyer shared that this event was a "mini version / prelude to IAF2023 after (a) absence of 3 years because of COVID," and I cannot wait for 2023! At the end of another quick visit-day, I'd dearly wished I could have walked away with more (*I am on a fanzine-need, to be reinvigorated to restart my I LIKE TOYS-zine...), but alas instead of showcase my non-existent "haul", here are my social features:
