A toy review posting from "2012" makes it to the top of TOP TEN, featuring a look at BROCKMANN LIGHT BY GROOVISIONS (reposting video above, cheers), which featured the humanoid-figure form reminiscent of PLAYMOBIL, and even PEECOL figures (the former for the aesthetics and then later for the interchangeability).

Created by Tokyo-based design studio groovisions, the mini-figure series were released pre-2010's (See them on rotocasted.com), including "Brockmann Light: Working Crew" (2001), "Brockmann Light: Sport" (2003) and "Brockmann Light Volume02 Wild Animals" (2004 / Reviewed HERE).
